Welcome, I’m Valentina!

ANXIOUS, SUPER-ORGANIZED TRAVELER AND FOODIE

First, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your presence here and interest in learning more about me. Your support means the world, and I am genuinely thankful for that.

Hi, I’m Valentina, but you can call me Vale.
I’m a super-organized Italian passionate about well-planned travels and delicious food.

I found out that planning a well-organized trip helps me with anxiety and allows me to enjoy my travels fully and to see everything I want in a destination without getting exhausted (while trying all the local delicacies because a trip without good food is not complete).

What I can help you with

TRAVEL TIPS | LOCAL FOOD | PLANNING TIPS

In all of my city guide, you will find:

  • How to plan a super-organized trip to that city
  • How to go from the airport to the city center and how to move around
  • All the best activities to book and the unmissable places to see
  • Where to eat and, most importantly, what to eat (only local food)
  • Best accommodations for every budget in the safest neighborhood (safety first, always)

NO NEED TO LOOK INTO HUNDREDS OF TRAVEL WEBSITES TO FIND ALL THE INFO YOU NEED; I’VE GOT YOU COVERED, AND IT IS ALL IN MY TRAVEL GUIDE.

A little more about me

I was born and raised in a little town called Muggia, near the beautiful Trieste, a seaside city in the northeastern part of Italy.

I traveled with my parents when I was young; even a day trip nearby was preferable to a Sunday at home, so I could never live without traveling.

I attended a Chef’s Academy in Italy and have worked as a Chef for more than 15 years (here comes my love for eating good food), so when visiting a country, I try all the local dishes (I mean, literally everything. Thank god I have a gym near home).

I have been living in London since 2013, where I met my now-husband (an always smiley Hungarian guy who is the supporting partner I needed to start this blog).
